  • Orders are usually packed and processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

  As a small business, we personally handle and pack every order, so we truly appreciate your patience and support.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a small business, each order is packed with care and prepared in limited quantities. Because of this, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges. We kindly request you to check product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

However, if you receive:

• a damaged product, or

• a wrong item,

please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and an unboxing video. We’ll definitely look into it and help resolve the issue.

No COD Policy

We currently accept prepaid orders only.

Prepaid orders help us manage operations smoothly and avoid losses from fake or unaccepted COD orders. We hope you understand and support us in this journey.

Cancellation Policy

As all orders are processed and packed shortly after being placed, we currently do not offer cancellations once an order has been confirmed. We kindly request you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Product Disclaimer

Our products celebrate the beauty of traditional handblock and screen prints. Because of the nature of textile printing:

• slight colour variations,

• print placement differences,

• and minor irregularities may naturally occur.

These details are not flaws — they are what make each piece feel unique and full of character.

Packaging & Dispatch

Sometimes, a particular design may receive more love than we anticipated and go out of stock quickly. In such cases, to avoid delays, we may arrange direct dispatch from our warehouse/godown partner based on product availability. Because of this, you may occasionally receive packaging different from our usual Modern Gharonda packaging.

But don’t worry — we will always confirm this with you beforehand and ensure your order reaches you safely and smoothly.
